The Allyn River runs along the eastern boundary. Sandstone ridgelines rise to the west, culminating at the Pinnacle — the highest point in the region at 520 metres. Between them: 1500 acres of working farmland, river flat, old-growth corridors, and access roads that wind through the property in ways that feel like discovery.

This is a working farm. Cattle graze the valley. The land operates on its own schedule and you move through it, not above it. That is not incidental. It is the product.

Every experience here — from a single night to a year of guided intelligence — begins and ends at the same place: the Dairy House at the river flat. From there, the land opens in every direction.
